You have the right to cancel any contract made with us. If you have ordered goods from us, the cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the goods are delivered to you. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the last of the goods are delivered to you.

If you have ordered services from us, the cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.

To cancel your order please contact us. We advise you to contact us in writing. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation may help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation in respect of the following:

  • goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised
  • goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery

If you cancel, you must return to us any goods that have already been dispatched at your own expense in pristine condition within 14 days of cancellation. We will reimburse all payments less the postage costs within 14 days of cancellation. Where the contract is for the supply of goods, and these have already been dispatched, we will reimburse all payments less the postage costs within 14 days of receiving them back from you.

We will require you to book in all returns by emailing us at info@sunbearspiritsco.com before sending. All returns to be sent to the following address, pending confirmation.

Please ensure you obtain proof of posting/courier details and that all items are returned unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received the products back from you, we will gladly replace your purchase or, in the case of unavailability, refund your purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear on your account.

Please note that refunds & cancellations in respect of the BootLegger are dealt with in our Terms & Conditions.
